Day 3 - 210lbs

Good morning everyone,

I think had a little too much chicken and pasta last night! But was it good! Yesterday I ran out of Craisins so none for me today.

Breakfast:
Vanilla Shake with a little bit of IsaPro and a little bit of Radiant Greens. I sent out for some IsaFruits and Isagenix Greens. They should be getting here in a couple of days! I'm excited because I haven't tried either one yet!

Lunch:
Ok, for something new. Are you ready?:
CinaKicker
2 scoops of IsaLean Vanilla Shake
A few good dashes or Cinnamon
A few good dashes of Cayenne Pepper
Water
Ice
Actually quite enjoyable. Going through the cupboard, trying to figure out what would go with the Vanilla. I've been trying to use ingredients that boost metabolism. Well, looking at the back of the Natural Accelerator bottle helped.

a little bit of this, and some sigur rós in the kitchen.. beautiful..

Few Dashes of Cinnamon
Few Dashes of Pumpkin Spice
Ice
Water

Dinner:
We envited lisa over to share some good stuff.
Crocked up some chicken thighs nestled inside a can of Cream of Mushroom, go Cambells. Ton of spices including rosemary, chives, chili powder (put it in everything), parsley, basil and bunch of bay leaves.

Boiled some wheat spaghetti i/rice/and rotini all together, made a cayenne pepper/chili powder/garlic in olive oil sauce for it.
(Just so you know, all those coffee flavors are gone. Thrown out!)
Tossed some zucchini on the frying pan with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and few some green onions on top to pretty it up.

There she be!
Look at that!
Who else could have done it,

Except...

The Master Chef!
