Day 7 - 208.5lbs
Breakfast:
Yum! Added some Strawberries and bananas to my vanilla shake this morning! It was great!
Lunch:
I made a turkey sandwich and had some carrot sticks. I mixed bran flakes with bananas and strawberries and nonfat yogurt for a sweet treat!
And I snuck a few bits of Maryann's subway sandwich she brought home! shhhh...
Dinner:
I just Barbecued a Banana! It was awesome!

Day 6 - 208.5lbs
Breakfast:
Started off with breakfast this morning. Had a very delicious vanilla shake. I'm trying to figure out how to make my next special recipe. Somehting along the lines of a French Toast flavored drink. I just need to decide how to add the bread/egg flavor. Hmm..
Lunch:
Today we enjoyed barbequed chicken with a good amount of vegtables. I boiled them in some olive oil with a dash of cayenne pepper and garlic salt.

It's was a really busy day today! Showed a lot of houses to clients, and picked a few clients in the process, even one from Barcelona!

After mass we met up with the soon to be Mr. and Mrs. Rooney, at the dilapidated Gypsy Den. Where I had a wonderful Spicy Bean Burger: which consisted of black bean & veggie patty on a grilled bun with avocado, salsa, lettuce & tomato A side of potato slices and a ceaser salad also accompanied my meal.

Day 3 - 210lbs
Good morning everyone,
I think had a little too much chicken and pasta last night! But was it good! Yesterday I ran out of Craisins so none for me today.
Breakfast:
Vanilla Shake with a little bit of IsaPro and a little bit of Radiant Greens. I sent out for some IsaFruits and Isagenix Greens. They should be getting here in a couple of days! I'm excited because I haven't tried either one yet!
Lunch:
Ok, for something new. Are you ready?:
figure out what would go with the Vanilla. I've been trying to use ingredients that boost metabolism. Well, looking at the back of the Natural Accelerator bottle helped.

Day 2 - 209.5lbs
Ok, woke up this morning! jumped on the scale it said 211. I came back 15 minutes later and it said 209.5. I was like make up your mind. I decided to test it out again another 15 minutes later. I did. Twice. So for today I'm at 209.5!
Crocked up some chicken thighs nestled inside a can of Cream of Mushroom, go Cambells. Ton of spices including rosemary, chives, chili powder (put it in everything), parsley, basil and bunch of bay leaves.
Boiled some wheat spaghetti i/rice/and rotini all together, made a cayenne pepper/chili powder/garlic in olive oil sauce for it.(Just so you know, all those coffee flavors are gone. Thrown out!)

We envited lisa over to share some good stuff.

Ok getting back on track! I went to a rehearsal dinner and a wedding reception and had a ton of food both times hehe. That's why Isagenix is considered a program not a diet. If you waver off a little bit, your just get back on and keep working.

Last night we went to Rutabagorz. We split a completely wonderful Summer Salad and also a Tai Wrap. We were a little worried that we went over the 600 cal limit, but it felt wonderful to eat it all! After we to walk to the Fender museum that's right there. Perfect timing too, 1st thursday of the month, between 4-8pm $2 tickets! Who would've known!?

Ok just got home and weighed myself, another couple pounds melted off. Had some more Clense, a half of a banana, and back to work on some projects.
Got a little hungry, chewing on some gum helps!

Ok so, nice surprise this morning. After taking the just clense yesterday phew, look at that, 5 lbs already! Got hungry a couple times and took about 6 snacks thoughout the day. Tea helped alot.
I'm going to try for another clense today. I'm still waiting for my '30Day' to come in the mail. Jean gave me her half filled Vanilla shake container, so I think that I will start that one thursday and then that should hold me through until I get my package.
